At HIGH Q Presidency, we aim to provide exceptional educational services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any fee payments, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
All fees, including admission fees, tuition fees, and material fees, are generally non-refundable once paid. By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If a student decides to withdraw from a course before the official start date, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the management. An administrative processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
No refunds will be granted for any reason once the course has commenced. If a student chooses to leave the program midway, the remaining fees for the enrolled term must still be paid.
In the rare event that HIGH Q Presidency cancels a scheduled course or program before it begins, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available batch.
All requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to the administrative office with valid documentation. Processing approved refunds may take up to 14-21 working days.
